The National Companion Card brings together state and territory programs that enable eligible people with disability to participate at venues and activities without incurring the cost of a second ticket for their attendant carer.

I'm registered with Fitness Australia as a Level 2 Fitness Professional with with specialities in Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, Group Exercise Freestyle, Older Adults Trainer and Childrens Trainer.

I also hold certification as a Punchfit trainer.

And I am a member of Sports Medicine Australia.
